November 1st is one of my favorite days of the year. It’s officially socially acceptable to break out Christmas decorations, and Halloween candy is marked way down. I bought at least five HUGE bags of the stuff this year. And now the holiday season is in full swing with pumpkin flavored everything, cookies, and every other kind of treat. Needless to say, eating healthy this time of year is (almost) impossible for me.
In addition to all of the sweets and holiday treats, I don’t have time for meal prep or the space for it. For me, meal prep means buying enough Lean Cuisines for lunch/dinner for the week. One thing I’m really bad about is portion control when it comes to snacking.
Recently I discovered the perfect solution to eating healthy, on-the-go when you’d rather scarf down some more Halloween candy or a pumpkin spice scone from Starbucks.
Enter: Graze box. A couple of weeks ago I posted about this box on Instagram, but hadn’t gotten to sample enough of it to be able to really write a good review. I love it. Healthy, portion controlled snacks delivered to you. It really doesn’t get easier than this to be a bit healthier.
One of my favorite things about the Graze box is getting snacks sent to me that are picked based on my personal preferences and tastes. When I set up my subscription, I took a short questionnaire about food I like and don’t like, then ranked a somewhat lengthy list of snacks from love it to hate it. A few days later I received a box of 8 snacks, all of which were amazing.
Another thing I love about Graze snacks is that you can purchase a larger pouch/bag of any snack that you love, aka the flapjacks. Seriously y’all, they are amazing.
The pumpkin spice flapjacks pictured here are my favorite of the snacks so far. They’re soft and sweet, yet still very healthy.
These little snack pods are perfect to throw in your bag for a snack at work or even while out running errands. I’ve gotten in two boxes so far and I LOVE them. You can order yours here!
Have any of y’all tried Graze products yet? Which ones are your favorite?
