This time of year is hard, style wise. Don’t get me wrong, I love fall style! But when it’s 40 degrees in the morning and 65 or so in the afternoon then add in office temperature, the subway, or anywhere else you go during the day; it’s hard to know exactly how to dress. Most of the time I go with plaid, jeans, boots and a sweater, but let’s be honest that gets boring!

This is yet another reason I love blanket scarves. They’re so incredibly versatile, you can wear them untied, and long or wrapped around your neck. Then when it gets too hot, they’re easy to fold up and put in your bag or desk. Rinse and repeat.

This dress is hands down my favorite purchase from the NSale this summer. It is so easy to layer with an the color is perfect! Olive is one of my favorite fall style colors as is pairs so well with anything from red plaids to this cream color sweater.
